PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Regardless if we are to Develop or carry out Conservation, Restoration, Service or Repairs this phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. With you, we will optimise both value and design, we will provide advice and guide you through solutions and your project. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery, and work closely with the design team to create your vision.

CONSTRUCTION

Working with trusted subcontractors and supply chain, we keep your job on schedule throughout the entire project. We deliver with quality, safety, honesty and straightforward communication. From planning to production and quality control, we stay focused on our goal. We will advise of potential issues early to allow us to navigate our way through required solutions and meet our common project goals.

POST-CONSTRUCTION

The last step in any project includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walk-through to ensure your satisfaction. We can also offer both planned and un-planned maintenance of your facilities.

HSE /QA/QC - Our Construction Managers are our competent HSE /QA/QC Managers, we don’t believe in splitting responsibility for these essential tasks. Our supervisors don’t spend their day in the office, but out on site where safety is managed and examples set, where quality and competence is delivered.
